Introduction

Target Rifle South Australia is the representative organisation in South Australia for the Olympic and Commonwealth Games disciplines of .22 Smallbore and .177 Air Rifle target shooting.

The sport of Smallbore and Air Rifle shooting is enjoyed by millions of people of all ages around the world - men and women, old and young, able and physically disabled. Some enjoy this sport at a social level, others enjoy the competition offered to all at a state and national level, while still others strive for the perfection to be the very best.

Our Mission

To co-ordinate, develop and promote Smallbore and Air Rifle activities within South Australia, educating people in the safe handling and responsible use of firearms, and encouraging shooting proficiency.

Where are we - and when are we open?

Our State Range, at 132 Wingfield Road, Wingfield, is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 9.00a.m. until 5.00 p.m. Visitors are welcome, however, please check our calendar as, if we have a competition scheduled we may not be able to allow visitors to shoot.

There are 3 ranges to choose from - indoor 10 metres and 20 metres ranges and an outdoor 50 metres range with automatic targets. You can bring your own .22 rimfire or .177 calibre air rifle or you may use one of ours. Test your own rifle or have some fun finding out how good a shot you are. (No magnums please),
